1 Concept Creation
The first step in the process of interior designing starts with creating a concept. During long chats, dreams and expectations are laid on the table. This is where the identity of the project is formed.
2 Design & Project
After forming the concept, it is time to choose the materials, furniture and accessories to improve the interior design. As soon as all materials and furniture are chosen, detailed projects that are necessary for construction and production are prepared. Flooring, tiles, wall projects, furniture and joinery production projects, electric and plumbing projects are completed in this stage.
3 Planning & Preparation
When the design and selections of your project has been approved , the implementation process of the design begins. Quantity and specification is prepared at this stage. At the end of all these stages we now know the total expenses accurately. After completing the contracts with general contractors and sub-contractors, we can start constructing!
4 Construction
Now, the fun part starts!
Now that all stages have been clarified and solidified, all materials have been ordered, we can start constructing. To ensure that all construction process goes smoothly, we work closely with the general contractor. We strictly check the quality and suitability of the materials and the implementations .
5 Project Management
Bigplus project management makes sure that the construction and budget targets are fulfilled flawless and in time. We make daily, weekly, monthly site visits and work very closely with all of our vendors, traders and sub-contractors during the project’s partnership. In addition to all, accounting, finance and buying processes are also managed carefully. You get a detailed report about all the process.
6 Project Turnover
Here comes the most exciting part of the project; shopping for accessories, final touch ups! Every last detail is solidified, all devices are checked again and again. Brand new furniture, wall arts are placed. After we ensure that your place is perfectly staged, you walk through the big reveal!
